Too many details can overwhealm. This can cause a person to feel uncomfortable, so that person wouldn't like to continue the information.

This is when the device you want to use to communicate does not work, either a phone that does not send a message, or a computer that doesn't send the mail. It can also be when an object prevents the communication by simply standing there.
