Empires are large political systems ruled by an emperor. Due to diversity the ruler ruled indirectly. Empires were effective and so they were implemented throughout the word.
Must have large territory that is self ruling where there is are diverse societys and where one dominates through force
Long Definition
Empires are made from: a more powerful state that rules over a less powerful one. This means that in the diverse society there is one group that is dominant over the other. Empires have one central ruler: an emperor who rules indirectly and directly. The land is larger than that of its original borders meaning that it is larger than a country (for the most part). Lastly an Empire is focussed on themselves rather than on global or other matters.
