This skill gives the managers the ability to coordinates and integrate the organization's interests and activities.
  - - - (HUMAN SKILLS) :lock: Is a skills that give a manager ability to work effectively with other people. It includes the ability to motivate , understand , lead and communicate which a manager needs throughout his works.
