Hence, we can assume a radical change for Lactalis, but it’s moderate. In fact, Lactalis has important and ambitious projects with radical changes for the future in the Long-term, but has already started and adopted sustainable actions.
On the other hand, incremental change is intended to make small adjustments to the existing organizational systems, processes, and routines. It produces small, but often critical, adjustments to the existing organization.
We cannot say that Lactalis will play a pure radical scope of change, but for the global vision and in the long term, radical change is the good scope for Lactalis
