1.2 - Computer components
Processor - CPU - Used to process data. Acts as the 'brain' of the computer
Motherboard - main circuit board of the computer - other components connect to motherboard.
Storage devices - Hard drive is used to store data without being powered. The main storage device of a computer.
Ports - network - used for another storage method to access the computer, e.g a USB port
RAM - Random ess memory. Stores information on open and running applications. Volatile storage method.
Graphics card - Creates a high quality display for a computer monitor
