The new staff is enrolled in MyIB. Beginning of the year orientation is given to the new staff about PRC.As I have new staff entering into the IB programme its a challenge for me to make resourceful so then can implement in their class and assessment criteria internal and external. Enrolling them to professional development for the new staff in Cat 1 and upgraded the existing staff with Cat 2 in their specific components. Also encouraging them to join IB exchange for any quires related to the subject.

I am focusing more on this part for ATT and ATL workshops with my team during collaborative meetings. Creating a toolkit after constructive feedback from the team in order to turn the classroom from dependent to more independent learning or inquiry based learning, learner take the responsibility of their learning.
