Leaders have the responsibility of calling andcoordinating meetings, preparing meetings and discussion points, and recording all documents sent and received by the team. The leader has the objective of keeping the team on goals and on individual contributions.
      - Team member
        
        They are experts in the activities carried out by the team, they share their experiences and knowledge with the other members, and with these they standardize and document the processes, identify the way in which the processes can be improved, and subsequently undertake these improvements.
      - Facilitator
        
        He is the expert of the team, serves as a resource for members to work as a team. In meetings, you have the role of making sure all members are heard, keeping the team on target and moving towards its goals, serving as an expert in the process, as well as providing stability in the process.
