        Doing this would ensure that I would have customers, but it's a tough sell
      - The kennel option is the secondary focus but would be the most profitable and easier to sell
        
        Focusing on this aspect first could bring in more business before switching to the day care
        
        Later focusing on the day care option but still offering it will be profitable as it is a proven business, and it's common
- - - - It is for people who have the extra money to send their dogs to a doggy day care
        
        Even if they have the extra money, they have to have the will to send their dogs to the day care
        
        Pricing low enough could allow more business to come through
      - Not every family sees their dog as a part of the family so this decreases my market even more
  - - - There are few things that could set me apart enough of the other businesses to bring in more customers
        
        Pricing, amenities and customer service, this would all just have to be enough
        
        Marketing could help as getting my name out there and displaying what makes my business difference can give me an edge
      - Many have actual facilities instead of their home
        
        Because of this, they may appear more professional and have more services than I offer
        
        Such as grooming or training services
