F2F meetings with the involved team members. If needed escalate to HR. If 1 person is causing the problem and affects the work to 1 other person check possibilities to move the conflict person to another project.

Decrease overburden of the Safety Specialists / Speed up SAEs closure

Include Safety Administrators to take as much as possible of the administrative tasks of the Safety Specialists -
reconciliation / status of the remaining opened cases in the
Safety Database / SAE Tracker, sending Follow up letters

Training

Mentor led training / retraining sessions

Organize Team party after successful study closure
