Doggy Daycare - Coggle Diagram

- - - - These dog owners would work full-time jobs or demanding jobs such as on-call or require business trips. Our business would appeal to them greatly as they would know their dog is being taken care of at a moments notice and all day while they're at work
  - - - This opens us up to more markets but also more competition, our stand-out would be the doggy day care
  - - - All would be fenced in and have their own assigned spaces inside the house and be rotated so they're never together at the same place at the same time
- - - - We would treat every dog as our own and give them all the love we can. We do research on all the food, treats, and toys we give our dogs as to ensure their health and would do the same for our dogs in the daycare
  - - - This gives me a devotion that runs deep, I couldn't bear to think of that happening to another dog in this facility or another. I tried to report her business but was met with no help on the other side, so it was up to competition to move her business out of the picture. She is still in business to this day.
- - - - This gives us an advantage as there is no competition
- - - - Once we start to expand into a commercial facility, we would have loyal customers to keep us afloat
  - - - Passion would drive us to keep going in the face of adversity. We would constantly rebound and never stop
    - - Because of this, failure is not an option. We would constantly be marketing and reaching out to new customers and keeping connections with current customers to ensure business
