Pro- no double booking, anytime, immediate feedback
cons- staff need to be trained on how to use the system, needs to be very reliable
expert system
screen asks question for doctor to answers, via keyboard/ touch screen.The inference engine compares the symptoms with knowledge to find matches. The system suggests the possible illness , cures/solution for next step.The explanation system will explain the diagnosis.
