The second conditional can describe an unreal situation with reference to the present.

You will be sick unless you stop eating
If don't I do my homework my mom will be angry with me
If i go to the doctor, i won´t have time to call you
*Usage: we use the second conditional to talk about the consequences of a unreal present action or a improbable future action

If it's sunny I will go to the park
I will go to the shopping mall if I had money
If I see my cousin I will watch a movie with her
