Using doodle ( an app for voting).
Unanimous agreement
Majority vote wins.
Team leader for that assignment makes the final decision in a worst-case scenario.

Talking and discussion
The discussion will include both sides (parties). We will set a timer for each party to talk and explain their points of view; after finishing the time for one party. The chance will be given to the other party.
We try to bring up the common grounds to reach into the agreement.
