Ludwig Van Beethoven
Born into a musical family in Germany in 1770
He was pulled out of school at 11 to focus solely on music
In his career he wrote 9 symphonies ,an opera ,numerous string quartets and 32 piano sonatas
Moved to Vienna to study Mozart and Haydn
He began losing his hearing in 1796 and eventually became profoundly deaf
made a living in Vienna by writing music and performing concerts
Even though he was deaf he continued to write music
