Age distribution: For the staff the age distribution for hiring depends on the country where the store is stablished but it is commonly from 18 years or more. For the customers, the age distribution is not directed, the brand is focused on teenagers or young adults but people of all ages are able to use the clothes.
Lifestyle trends: Fashion trends change very fast and it is likely that clothes from one season get stuck or do not sell if the audience doesn't feel like they are trendy and this may affect the sales.
E(economical)
Income: There must be registers and archives that record this economical acquisitions daily for the stores. It is important to keep track of the capital that is received daily
Unemployment rates: this may be an issue for the business, if there is unemployment, there is no staff and this cannot happen because there would be no one to manage the sales in store so there should always be open positions just in case someone quits.
P(political)
Taxation: this depends on the country of establishments and its laws. The tax rate may vary depending of the region but it is always applied to the product on sale. This additional cost should always be considered.
Foreign trade: This also depends on the country where the store is located. The country's trade laws and importations policies may affect the distribution of the company and the should arrange a way for it to work legally without it having financial problems.

Employment law: According to the country's laws this may vary, the salary may change, the age distribution for the staff, work time and benefits allowed.
Health and safety: This is mainly considered for the staff and human resources is in charge of handling all health insurance and this kind of of benefits for the employees. Some applicants for the job may not like the benefits proposed and this may affect the recruitment of staff.
E(ethical)
Reputation: The brand must maintain a good reputation, be known by many people so that the clientele may expand and have good quality so that more people are encouraged to buy their products.
Business ethics: There must be certain restrictions for the staff in order for the company to work correctly and have all employees working at the same level, there must be no discrimination while hiring and all employees should be considered.
E (environmental)
Weather: This is an important factor because the company designs clothes and people choose what to wear depending on the climate, the brand needs to have a variety of styles and designs so that they are able to be worn at all times or have different collections designed for each type of climate
Atmospheric emissions: this may affect the company while producing the clothes and manufacturing what will be on sale. The factories need to be revised and approved by governmental authorities and this may cause a delay for the transportation and sale.
T(technological)
Research: Designers must research about trends and different styles that are being used at that moment, there isn't always an specific research for fashion trends or designs but this might affect the company
New innovation: This is sometimes needed for the establishments of the stores, innovation is always needed to ensure that the quality of the the service, environment and products are liked by the clientele.
