Users will be able to:
- register new job requests in the system
- add description and requirements of a vacancy
- change the vacancy statuses
- edit any vacancy information
- match requirements of a vacancy with candidates from the database
- review list of all vacancies by statuses
Users will be able to:
- view all base of candidates (including existing)
- add new candidates to the system automatically (parsing PDF documents with recognizing all necessary of candidate properties and characteristics)
- add new candidates to the system manually
- edit any vacancy information
- check to compliance candidate with all opened vacancies
- view assessment of the candidate
- review list of all candidates by statuses
- interview with candidates through a video platform
- store a video of the interview and rewatch one at anytime

Users will be divided on two roles:
- Manager - access to Vacancy, Candidate modules and Dashboard

Integration with third-party services:
- Video platform to interview: Zoom, Skype, Go to meeting, etc
- Payment system to get paid for subscription from recruiting company
- Gamification services: Pymetrics, Arctic Shores
- Systems of Video analysis - to be additional research and discussion
- Recruting platform to catch candidates resumes and add to the database
Users will be divided on four groups:
- Hyden Reed staff - access to all modules deciding by roles
- Seekers companies - possibility to add new vacancies, view statuses, etc.
- Candidates - possibility to add a new resume, view statuses, view vacancies, view their assessments, etc.
- Recruting companies - possibility to buy an access to the system, work with ATS according to the plan, etc.
This list can be expanded

- improving exciting functionality of modules in MVP
Minimum Viable Product will include only the most important and valuable functionality to get base and core of the system which will be helpful for business as soon as possible.
So further MVP can be extended to big platform faster and easier.
