Knowing and Knower
Personal Ignorance
-
ignorance: lack of knowledge or information. (It is impossible to know everything and that is why to a point everyone is ignorant)
-
illusion of explanatory depth: the delusion of someone thinking that he/she knows something when he/she is not. (readily available internet and traditional sources causes the illusion of explanatory depth )

Shared Knowledge
Knowledge chain: chain of all the action that has been taken to create knowledge. (includes every detail may even be a rice packing sequence)
Knowledge communities play a big role in contributing information among people. Also, individual knowers contribute knowledge whenever they create or share knowledge
Shared knowledge doesn't only consist of the knowledge of the ones who come up with the idea, it also consists of the work that has been put into to provide materials to the knower. (For example, a computer manufacturer also plays a role in the contribution by providing a machine that shares the ideas via the internet. )

Personal Knowledge
-
a priori: knowing something without experiencing, knowing purely by reason (closer to rationalist mindset)
-
-
theorem: a general claim proved by chain reasoning (for example Pythagoras' Theorem which states that the sum of the two small squares equals (the area of) the big one. )
universal grammar: The idea of languages sharing a similar structure. (Chomsky also thinks that capacity for learning is innate and possible with the help of universal grammer.)
