Retarget people who have watched 50% and 100% videos with Reach ads. Turn it to just 100% video watches after our 100% custom audience reaches 10,000. Reach ads should be set at 6 times every 1 day
Custom Audience. Remarket to people who have bought in the past, website visitors but have not bought, engagement page followers etc. We could have a separate ad for the ad set targeting previous purchases
