Mentor

Past mentor- Chemistry teacher/NHS sponsor Ms.Watson

I need mentorship in my field, ideally from an older civil engineer who can give me advice and help me to form my early career

Taught me how to mix accountability and realistic expectations with positivity and encouragement

Sexism

Woman in STEM/male dominated field

I can overcome this by holding my peers/coworkers accountable, believing in myself and refusing to back down
