Why do certain cultures/race groups tend to not address mental health issues even though they are just as prevalent as compared to those mental health issues addressed in other cultures/race groups?

Most students do not want to go to therapy due to overbearing parents who try to find out everything from the therapist. How does doctor patient confidentiality protect students from this?

In the future, would schools and students benefit by adding breaks in the school day or more leeway for students to succeed and strive, in terms of metal health?
Over the past decade, mental health has become a topic discussed more often in the household, as it has been experienced in great amounts by Gen Z. Due to Gen Z’s experience and discussion of the topic, could mental health rates decline in the future? (more specifically with Gen Z’s kids).
