Aeneas leading the men heroically during a time of uncertainty and stress represents Augustus leading Rome in a time of war

Aeneas is fated by the gods to found Rome , Augustus is fated to bring the golden age according to him

Aeneas being the son of Venus has the continious support of her and thus the same would be true for Augusutus

Aeneas receiving divine intervention may be Homeric as it is not based on independence and autonomous hard work
