Indoor Activities
Hopscotch (The hopscotch layout can be drawn on a piece of a3 paper or printed out on the web.)
5-10 Minutes for the whole activity
Each round will take a maximum of 1 minute and 30 seconds
Considering the topic Healthy AT a Distance, i'll still like for my participants to interact with each other. Specifically, via a Zoom call. I'll be choosing the indoor activity: Hopscotch to entertain my participants. My version of hopscotch will be a competitive version, 1v1.
Step 1: Draw a hopscotch out from a a1 piece of paper
Step 2: Player #1 will attempt a round of hopscotch first and player#2 will use a stopwatch to track the time it took for Player#1 to finish
Cardiovascular Benefits
Improve participant's speed, agility and reflexes
Strengthen participant's endurance by adding to their glycogen turnover
Maintain the participant's current weight
Active body, strengthen the muscles
Mentally stabling our participants, giving them a healthy and happy experience

Hopscotch
A sheet of printed hopscotch layout or a3 piece of paper is required to create the hopscotch

Over Training
-Countless cardiovascular training can lead to physical and mental exhausts
-Our body needs time to rest a repair, if this is not done, we might injure our bodies.
Muscle Loss
-The lack of calories from too much cardiovascular activities can consequently cause muscle lost for the body.
