Doggy Daycare
Lack of space
To be successful and safe, I would need my backyard to be separated by dog breed sizes
A contractor could easily fix this issue by adding a separation in my fence, this would still keep that attraction to my business
Price would be an issue for this, but if I had enough clients to make up the cost, it would be a worthwhile expense
Providing separate fences may influence business so providing this may bring in more clients, thus making more money
I'd like to open a grooming division, as of right now I don't have the space for this
Eventually I would have to move into a facility to provide this service, once I had enough customers to ensure I would have business
I could run it out of my home for the time being, but this could cause damage to my home as wet dogs like to shake and spray water over the walls, nail clippings can cause scratches to my floor, etc
It would be wise to wait until I have a facility for grooming, but this would result in not being able to offer this service and potentially decreasing business
Technology Struggles
I have no idea how to make a website, in the technology age convenience is so important, this is a necessity
Whenever I'm looking for a service, I look online to bring up search results and narrow it down from there
The same would most likely be the case for my customers, and if my business is not online to show, there is a good chance we'll remain undiscovered
Without having a website, the only way customers will learn of us is word of mouth or in the real world, but a big portion of peoples lives are spent on their phones or laptops, so having us on their screen will put us right in their face
Hiring a computer programmer or website developer to create and run my website and put us on google searches, will allow us to reach a new audience who is specifically looking for a service online

Punctuality
My husband struggles being on time, whereas I'm usually early
-
Me being early shows a level or eagerness and professionalism that I am ready to do business and I am dedicated
Showing that I can be there on short notice and even early, will show that I am dependable and I will always be there for my clients, some aspects that not every business can provide
My life would be centered around this business and I would make myself 24/7 available for my clients to ensure their future business, always finding ways to service them
Being late is unprofessional, so being early and always showing up is very important
