WHAT IS A TITLE OF CREDIT
Article 5 establishes that these are the documents necessary for the exercise of the literal right in which are
IMPORTANCE
It helps us to know how to legally enforce the rights and conditions that are established between the debtor and the creditor in a secure manner

LITERAL LAW
Expressed and contained in the document
AUTONOMOUS RIGHT
It does not depend on other documents, relationships or legal status
CHECK PARA ABONO DE CUENTA
It has a legend written on it, this cannot be collected in cash and therefore it must be deposited in the account
CROSSED CHECK
Two parallel and diagonal lines are drawn on the front, this means that no cash can be collected but only on one account
PAGARE
A document containing an unconditional promise by one person to pay another a certain amount of money within a certain period of time
PROPERTY ENDORSEMENT
The endorsee acquires the ownership of the document and therefore also acquires the ownership of all the rights inherent in the document.
WARRANTY ENDORSEMENT
It does not transfer ownership but gives the endorsee all the rights and obligations of a lienholder
