Bones provide the mechanical basis for movement as they are the site of
insertion for the muscles and serve as levers to produce movement.
Muscles produce movement, both of parts of the body with respect to others, such as the body in its entirety as happens when the body of a place to another, which is what is called locomotion.
The axial part is
composed of skull, face, vertebrae, ribs and sternum.
