Rules and examples
When we are talking about Commas with quotation we mostly ask ourselves if they need to be used outside the quotation or inside. And the answer is that commas and periods always go inside the quotation marks. (We use quotation marks when we want to use someone else's words).
John said, “I really hate when it’s hot outside.”
Commas in dates, place names, and letters
Rules and examples
In an address, place a comma after the street and between the city and state: 1714 North Harvey Street, Griffith, IN 46300.

If the address comes in the middle of a sentence, place another comma after the address: My family has lived at 1714 North Harvey Street, Griffith, Indiana, for four years.
When a month, day, and year are listed, place a comma between the day and year: July 22, 2018.
If the month, day, and year come in the middle of a sentence, place another comma after the year: I will celebrate July 22, 2018, as my birthday.

Rule: are little thoughts that pop up in the middle of a sentence to show emotion, tone, or emphasis, and gives you more information
