Suffix
Definition: It is the words added to the end of the words. These words can change the meanings of the words, like making it something similar to it, and the words can be two, three, or four letters.
Examples

We almost ran out of fuel, so we had to go to the gas station to get some more.
The movie director is so arrogant, that's what the actors said.
Uses:
Ist - Someone who is an expert in something, example: Scientist, specialist, etc.
er- Someone who acts as somethign: Player, singer, fighter, killer, etc.
ion - the state for something or how something feels: example: action, suggestion, Information, etc.
ing - Doing something: Working, Doing, Informing.
ance - used when someone is showing how he feels about something: Disturbance, chance, importance.
Prefix
Definition: They are the words that come up at the beginning of a word, and change it to something similar to it. This can change the meaning of the word, the words added in the beginning can be two, four or more letters.
Examples:
Whenever I am in a class, and my pencil falls from my hand, it disappears.

The new student was introducing himself to us, and he seems to be a nice person.
Uses:
Pre: Something before the actual action example: Pre-order,
pre-fix, preview, pretend, etc.
Un: Used when needing to explain the opposite of a word. Examples: Unable, United, unhappy, etc.
Dis: Used when saying that something is not occurring or happening: Disable, Disappear, Distance.
In: Has many different meanings, mostly used to explain something new or changing a word to its opposite meaning. Example: Introduction, Instance, Intellectual, Incomplete, injustice, etc.
