How soon can I cut her off financially if I am paying for everything (e.g. bills/mortgage/debt, etc.)
-
I am concerned about supporting myself and she is going to to try to take everything (alimony/child support) all while not working. What is the reality in what I am going to have to pay out, given all of the information (e.g. her leaving the marriage, spending time with the kids at another man's house, not working, etc.)?
We are both going to need a large enough residence to house three minor children - how is this plan-able with the financial uncertainty?
-
Can she be "forced" to get a job within a timeframe since she plans on having primary custody (50/50 or greater in her favor)?
Can she be forced to be the one to leave and find residence on her own since I am the sole provider of this residence, even for a temporary time (e.g. a year) until she gets on her feet and can support the kids - even if that is with her parents, but show she is seeking employment?

-
Credit Card not in my name, can I stop paying it?
