- - - - MichelleDimech I've counted the carparks across the road today - there are 16 parks outside the Memorial Hall (not RSL). 5 car spaces are regularly used by office workers on week days. 1 carpark is intermittently used by CFA volunteers during the week. If Senior Citzens is running then there's probably 3-4 car spaces getting occupied by this activity. ' LM
  - - - Overhead windows are our preferred option - one's that open as well. Costs of windows are acceptable - we're thinking triple glaze or good double and know they'll cost a bit
  - - - Could you please establish an ETA date for approval so that we can organise builders? He keeps throwing the 6 months number.... now that we are pushing forward let's stick to that and expect it to be done by April 21'. We also know people through the council to push things faster so I think Dave is playing it safe. We will get involved with this side of things.

    - - What are his recommendations? Can we lay a slab of concrete on top of the existing concrete? If not, then probably stumps

    - - We will be re-roofing - just so we can do the building wrap. That way altering guttering, etc shouldn't be a problem
    - - We have altered this - removed the patio and extended the staff room to be larger - to the boundary of the wall - windows can be next to the door leading out to the side of the property
