Megacities are cities with massive populations. Most mega cities have over 10 million people living in them, NYC for example is a mega city. NYC happens to be incredibly dense because a majority of the population lives on Manhattan, which happens to be half the size of DIA.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is buildings and roads, etc. This is often payed for by taxes because these are things that communities use, roads are a perfect example of infrastructure.

Documented immigrant
Documented immigrants have been documented by the country they are in. Documented immigrants have gone through the process to legally move to a new country.
Immigrants
Immigrants are people moving from one country to another. I class we learned about immigrants that are moving from Honduras to the U.S. A lot of the people moving to the U.S are minors and are unable to move to the U.S legally.
Vancouver: In class we read an article and talked about the gentrification. The downtown east side of Vancouver was mostly housing developments for low income people. From the start of Vancouver until the 1990's the working class of the city had a place for them, but in the 1990s things took a turn for the worse and low income families could no longer afford the DTES. Gentrification is when low income areas become more expensive and higher income buisness moves in.
