EEF and OPA in Project Management

Enterprise Environmental Factor

Organizational Process Asset

EEFs are the cultural, political, economic, and legal conditions that the project is operating within, including internal and external factors. These factors are not under the immediate control of the project management team. It is a part of a input or an output of a process.

OPAs are the assets of an organization, and are internal to the organization. It consists of the plans, processes, policies, procedures, and knowledge base specific to, developed by, and used by, the organization.
