Roosevelt + Wife (deceased) Roosevelt is the Mayor of the town at the beginning of the game. His wife died giving birth to the youngest daughter (Dickinson). Right before the game begins the family learns the oldest son had died when his plane crashed on the Western front. He had been volunteering for the French airborne. Roosevelt is a naturalist and spends a great deal of time outdoors

Events
Election Year The Mayor wins election by default. Other possibilities include electing Gus and/or Alice Paul. Will start at the beginning of Fall and end at end of Fall season
European Relief Organized by Willa Cather and Ida Tarball/Earhart. Going into town this is the first major sidequest. You can engage with either character who both walk around town at different times of the day/week sometimes together. They will ask for money/supplies.
Building the farm - Main Quest Arrive at the farm with letter from Aunt. At some point another letter may arrive issuing a challenge to fix the farm for her arrival back from Alaska, TBD. You start with a few seeds and old tools.
START: SPRING 1, 1916 You arrive in town. Depending on your actions you are shown your plot of land by: Ida Tarbell who likes to greet all newcomers, Amelia Earhart who is roaming around town, or Frank Lloyd Wright who loves the old architecture of the home. They give you a tutorial and show you the starter items.
