Refugees
Refugees are people who must leave their home area for their own safety or survival. Leaving your own home is hard but they have to do it to stay safe (maybe there is a war or oppression or a disease…)
Asylum
The protection granted by a nation to someone who has left their native country as a political refugee.(the people who want this are called asylum seekers)
Immigrants
Undocumented Immigrant: An undocumented immigrant is an illegal immigrant (They do not have the right paperwork to live in a country that is not their own.)
Documented Immigrant: A documented immigrant is a legal immigrant(They have the paperwork to live in a country that is not their own.)
