At least 25 years old.
A citizen of the United States for at least 7 years.
Must live in the state they wish to represent

At least 30 years old.

Each state has different number of Reps.
Bigger Population = More Reps
Speaker of the House is the "leader" and 3rd in line for presidency
Senate
VP is President of Senate.
2 senators for each state
Serves 6 year terms

Elect President if Electoral College is tied.
Make sure the gov is spending tax money on the right things.
Make sure different branches of government are doing their jobs.
Impeach federal officials
Any bills that raise taxes start in the House
Senate
Ratify treaties with other countries.
Confirm executive appointments (house must also approve)
Conduct impeachment trials
This branch is responsible for creating laws, controlling finances, and declaration of war

Supreme Court Judge = 'Justice'

The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction over:
US vs State, State vs State, cases involving foreign diplomats, overseas cases
Take active cases that require a resolution, or did not come to an agreement in a lower court.
Supreme Court Justices can serve for life if they choose.
