Present Perfect Tense
Refers to an action or state that either occured at an idefinate time in the past or began in the past and continued to the present time

Example :
- I have walked on this path before.
- She has had the chickenpox since Tuesday.
Present Continuous Tense
An action or condition is happening now, frequently and may continue into the future
Present Continuous Tense Formula : to be (am, is, are) + verb (present participle)
Example :
- Aina is warming up the car while Amir looks for his new cloth
- They are eating at her mother's favorite restaurant today, Lean's Cafe.
- Aliya was reading the book in the library.
- Sally and Fateh were playing badminton.
