Reflection
reflection is when light from an object is reflected by a surface, it changes direction. It bounces off the surface at the same angle as it hits it.
Refraction
the change in direction of a wave passing from one medium to another or from a gradual change in the medium.
Diffraction
the process by which a beam of light or other system of waves is spread out as a result of passing through a narrow aperture or across an edge, typically accompanied by interference between the wave forms produced.
