Navigation Acts
Colonies were restricted to trade with only Britain and countries that Britain approved

Colonists now had to pay a special tax on tea, glass, sugar, stamps, etc.
Taxation without representation
Colonials paid only 20% of what British citizens paid, however, colonists had never been taxed before

Standing armies had to be established in the colonies to protect them against the Huron indians
Quartering Act- Colonists were now forced to house and feed the soldiers from the standing army which made a lot of people mad
Land Proclamation of 1763- No settlements West of Appalachian mountains. Existing settlers were kicked out.
Colonists didn't have as much freedom as they previously had because of the new acts/proclamations

Boston Port act--the port just happened to be the place where Boston got most of their money so this was problematic
