Styles of sovereignty
Confederacy: a bunch of unitarys are grouped together for one purpose whether that be money, power, or land.
Federal: is like the united states where you have the Main goverment who makes the taxes then you have the states that make laws for that one state, then you have the county that make laws for there county alone.
Unitary: All the governing is done by one country over the entire county. So the government is in control of making the laws for everyone.

Authoritarian Forms
Authoritarian: government has control over usually just one part of the goverment. This would just be like how much they tax you.
Monarchy: Authority is passed down though bloodlines. Some kinds have more control than the others all depends on the type of monarchy that it is.
Totalitarian: has total control over everything that goes on
Elite Forms
Theocracy: Is when the church and the government are intertwined together and the church has more say than the person in charge. The church decides what rules will be in place and how much to tax the people.
Oligarchy: A small group of people have all the control usually these people are the wealthy or they have all the land so they have the power.
Self Governing Forms
Democracy: The people vote for what they belive in but those in the minority are always cut out of the group for the majority always wins.
Representative: Small group of representatives are responsible to make the decisions. They are usually voted in by the people so they can make decisions for the others.
Anarchy: there is a complete absence of government so pretty much everyone acts like wild animals and everything is chaos.
