Bhoodan- Act of offering land for distribution among villagers and peasants
While delivering lecture in Pochampalli some landless villagers asked him for provision of land
Zamindars, owners distributed various villages among landless, known as Gramdan
However, many just decided to distribute land in fear of land ceiling act
