ADR
ภาวะเลือดออกผิดปกติ (bleeding) จ้ำเลือดออกตามตัว เลือดออกตามไรฟัน ไอหรืออาเจียนเป็นเลือด ปัสสาวะเป็นเลือด อุจจาระเป็นเลือดหรือสีดำ เมื่อเกิดแผลแล้วเลือดไหลไม่หยุด ประจำเดือนมามากผิดปกติ

Cholestyramine มีผลลดการดูดซึมยาชนิดอื่นๆที่ให้ร่วมกันได้ (vit. K, folate, digitalis, thiazides, warfarin, pravastatin, fluvastain )

- Fibric acid derivatives (fibrates)
Gemfibrozil, fenofibrate,
bezafibrate, ciprofibrate
ADR
คลื่นไส้ ปวดเมื่อยกล้ามเนื้อ อาจพบผื่นขึ้นที่ผิวหนัง gemfibrozil อาจเสริมฤทธิ์กับยาต้านการแข็งตัวของเลือด

- HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor

- พบบาอยว่าทำให้ระดับ transaminase enz. สูงขึ้นเล็กน้อย
- 10% ของผู้ป่วยพบมี creatine kinase เพิ่มขึ้น

ยารูป glucuronide ในเลือดจะให้เพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อให้ร่วมกับ fibrates และลดลงเมื่อให้ร่วมกับ cholestyramine
