Summary: Odysseus has just won the Trojan war. He has a dream, shows the Gods helping rebuild the city, in the first place some of them wanted it fallen. Athena then comes to him, and worries him about being here. Odysseus then escapes to Agamemnon, but Agamemnon locks him in the bottom deck. When Odysseus escapes, he hides in Agamemnon's cabin, where he learns about the Iliad and The Odyssey. Odysseus reads, then it tells him about everything that has happened to him in the Trojan War, and what his adventure holds. Who will die, and who will survive.
