Acidic salts
salts of strong acid + weak base with pH less than 7
Basic salts
salts of weak acid + strong base with pH more than 7
Neutral salts
salts of a strong acid and a strong base with pH of 7.
COMMON SALT
NaOH + HCl --> NaCl + H2O
It is a neutral salt
