Data Loss

Human Error
-
Data lost prevention
Using redundancy system would be most suitable in this case as the cause of the data lost does not have something that would damage the computer's software or hardware directly, but instead it is just a mistake that is causes by human error. Meaning that it can be easily solved with a system like a redundancy system. A failover system would be suitable as well but it would be too over the top to be in place to ensure that human error does not happen.
Software Corruption

Data Loss prevention
Offsite storage
Offsite storage is suitable for this as the causes of the data loss does not lead to the whole facility being damage. Meaning having an offline backup is most suitable as it would be the fastest way and most appropriate way to store the backup for the user
Computer Virus
-
Redundancy system would be most suitable for this as the virus could be harmful to the computer and it could cause the user to having to hard restart their pc. Meaning all data will be wiped so it is better to have their data on somewhere else other than the main computer
Natural Disaster
Data Loss prevention
Online Storage or Cloud would be best form of data prevention to protect data from natural disaster because if the facility gets damage or destroyed the data is stored somewhere else where it is possibly safe from the disaster. As some of the cloud storage is in a complete different country. Unless the disaster is a global disaster the data should be saved and available for user to backup from another device with the same account.
