Peron´s objectives
He wanted an aliance between social classes
He believed there was a need to integrate workers into the system as consumers
He made sure he was seen as the creator and producer of all reforms and changes
At the end he won the support of broad sectors of the labor movement
His power and popularity also grew
Peron´s contribution to the society
He seeked to an increase in production, consumism and the workers´ salary
He checked and aproved old proyects
He regulated the 8h shift
He decreed paid vacations
He created labor courts, so that workers and employers negotiate working conditions and wages
Improvement in labour legislation (such as the establishment of labour courts to rule in conflicts between employers and employees).
He said that in labour issues there were 3 actors and all should have a say.
