HAJJ 
Hajj is a journey towards Allah (SWT) to mecca.
Hajj is an obligatory pilgrimage for females aswell as male.
children need not perform hajj.
Hajj doesnt occur the same time of the year because islamic calender is a lunar calender.
- Ihram - Ihram is where Muslims make an intention. ihram is done in the Miqat.
Men wear white unstitched clothes and women can wear any clothing tthat covers their whole body except face and hands.
A person who performed hajj will be like a new born baby whose sins are washed away
To perform hajj a person needs health and wealth.
hajj is performed in the month of Dul hijja
people obtain the love of Allah (SWT) by fulfilling his orders of performing hajj.
hajj done at a young age is more preffered.
Hajj is the fifth pillar if Islam.
- going to mina and stay in the tent .
- Tawaaf is walking around the kaabah 7 times.
- saii is walking between safa and marwa which resembles when hajra ran between safa and marwa for water.
- standing on mount Arafah and pray to Allah. sins are forgiven on the day of Arafah. people who are not doing hajj on Arafah day will be fasting.
- muzdalifah- Upon arrival, pilgrims pray the prayers of Maghrib and Isha' together and shorten its rakats and collect pebbles to throw them at one of the three walls in Mina.
- stoning the devil in mina with pebbles collected at muzdalifa.
- animal sacrifice
sacrificing the animal signifies the moment when prophet Ibrahim (AS) was asked to sacrifice his son Ismail (AS) according to allahs order.
- cut hair and remove pilgrims ihram
women cannot go to hajj without a mahram men but if she wishes to go and does not have any mahram men , she can go with a group of reliable women.
Hajj occurs on the 8th to 12th of Dhul Hijjah, the last month of the Islamic calendar.
Muslims who have performed Hajj are called Hajjis.
