Present,past and future simple
The past simple is used in much the same way as the present simple. This time does not speak of the present, but of an action that occurred or that is no longer true.
Future simple, you just have to add the words "will" or "is going to" before the verb.

Present and past perfect
The present perfect serves to talk about experiences we have had in the past and they have ended, but we do not specify
The past perfect is used to refer to things that had taken place in the past before something else happened
Modal auxiliaries
It is used to express an opinion on whether something is probable or possible. We also use them when talking about ability, asking for permission, or making a request.
Negative form: To make a negative sentence with a modal verb, we must add the adverb not after the modal. Except for may, all verbs can be contracted in their negative form.
Interrogative form:
When we want to ask something and in the sentence there is a modal verb, we must put the modal at the beginning of the sentence, followed by the subject and the main verb.
Affirmative form: Regularly, the modal verb precedes the main verb of the sentence, which goes in infinitive form, that is, in the present tense.
