positive: Gave jobs to single men under 25, Young men got food and clothing, Government provides them camps to live in and make the hard work there

Positive: public works, ths not only gave jobs to many unemployed but also help the country as they built 70% of amercias schools and 3& of americans hospitals

Positives: Increased workers wages so that they would have more money to spend on goods, they increased the prices of factory goods to help factories, they gave workers a fairer deal in the workplace including better working conditionsand shorter hours, they could join trade unions
Negative: As the workers joined trade unions the owners couldn't do what they wanted which made them disagree
FERA
Positive: $500 million was giving to help thousands of americans who were homeless, increasing the numer of soup kitchens and providing clothing

Farmers
Farm credit administration: gave loans to a fifth of all farmers to prevent them from losing their farms.
Agricultural adjustment agency: paid farmers to produce less, less produce meant higher price so this would increase their income.
Unemployed
Homeowners loan corporation: loaned money to over a million people to prevent them from losing homes.

Description
WHAT IS WAS: It was a programme of new laws made by President Roosevelt and the “Brain Trust”, a panel of experts, to help America out of the Depression. (1933-1936)
100 days: The first 100 das were the first 100 days of roosevelt's presidency, also a special session of the congress that was made with extra powers to help Roosevelt take actions quickly.
Gaining confidence: To regain confidence Roosevelt talked with Americans to make them work with him and restore their confidence in the country. He also sorted out banks and ended the prohibition.
