Location: on page 6-7 it said Mesopotamia lays in Turkey, Syria, and Iran.Mesopotamia also was located next to two great rivers, The tigris, which rises from the taurus Mountains as well as The Euphrates. (Steele)
Art: In the text it said they had pocket size jewelry maker that the used. They used clay lots of the time when they were making things as well as carving things in. (STEELE 28)
writing: The author wrote that they pressed a stylus against the clay tablet and let it sit out and dry. They used this for business deals, ownership and Government
Government:The author said that Hammurabi was one of the greatest rulers of all time. He reigned from 1792 20 1750 BCE (STEELE)
Architecture: In the text it said that Ziggurats were building in the reign of Ur-Nammu. The Ziggurats were built out of Sun dried mud bricks and faced with fired bricks.

location:The graphic shows that the people of Ancient Egypt lived on the side of the NIle River where the floods made the land fertile. In the text it also said that 90% of Egypt was covered by desert, which was named the "Red Land".

religion in the text it explained that they were polytheistic. I know this because it shows that they belief in many gods and goddesses like Re the sun god and the daughter Bastet the goddess who gave ripen crops sunlight. (Hart 24 25)

writing: In the text the type of writing they use is called hieroglyphs that were hard to read and write. To be able to read and write it you have to be a scribe which means you are an expert at reading and writing them. (Hart 34 35)
Ancient India
religion: Religion: The Ancient Aryans believed in a religion call Brahmanism. They had a religious writing called Vedas it was mostly on religious things. Brahmanism heavily helped the development of Hinduism. (Prentice Hall World Studies)
Writing I know this because this civilization text cant be deciphered. Some also wonder if the text actually means anything. It is usually on pots and pottery. Prentice Hall World Studies
location The author wrote that a civilization had been formed along the Indus river. The indus valley is in what today is Pakistan and India. It is surrounded by Mountains, ocean and deserts. Prentice Hall World Studies
Government: In the text it says A thing that effected today's India is the Caste system. The caste system in a system of ranked places that show you with more things you can do. The best one of them all is the Brahmana because they are the Educated ones. Prentice Hall World Studies.
Architecture/Technology In the text it said They built dock yards, warehouses, protective walls, brick platforms, and granaries. THe reason they were built was to keep out attackers and hold from floods.Also, some houses waste water would go to drains along the street. Prentice Hall World Studies
