Where you live (location, terrain, infrastructure and weather
Includes buildings, the ground around buildings, the layout of communitites, infreastructure, parks and trails
supportive behaviours, social climate and culture
Can come from:
Family, peer, classmates, work colleagues, team mates, health professionals
Supportive behaviours include being active with someone, encouraging others, providing support
Barriers to Physical Activity
