Inspiration
I had a few different ideas, crocheting, reading,,movies, gaming.
I have various hobbies ranging from reading, movies, crocheting, gaming. So I had to give real thought to what could possibly be more involved in my life, what my obsession was.
I wanted to share something relatable, personable.
I felt a bit cliche having my daughter in my positive obsession, however I felt that letting people know that overcoming anxiety is possible
Empathy
Again, all my other hobbies felt relatable only to me. I wanted something to offer something that could help others.
Social anxiety although to varying degrees is something that I believe most people deal with daily.
Ideation
As a storyteller, I'm used to following a fairly linear way of communicating. My podcast would be a story, with a beginning, middle and end.
I wanted my podcast to tell a story, to guide the listener along as we dealt my daughters anxiety.
I listen to podcast often so it was kinda fun thinking of making one.
Implementation and Prototyping
I honestly didnt think much on this part. It felt almost natural for the rhythm of the podcast.
